- Rates are per headset, per day, excluding GST.
- Multi-day rentals are charged at the daily rate. There are no package prices.
- GST at 18% is added to the rental amount.
What a rental costs
Total = rental + GST (18% on the rental) + delivery + return pickup
Example: Meta Quest 2 (128GB), 1 headset, 4 days, delivery to Gujarat
- Rental: ₹2,800 (₹700 × 4)
- GST: ₹504
- Delivery: ₹150
- Return pickup: ₹150
- Total: ₹3,604
Delivery and return pickup
Charged per order, each way, by weight. Return pickup costs the same as delivery.

Each headset weighs 1.5 kg. The parcel weight is rounded up to the next 0.5 kg.

- Games and software chosen by us. You may add your own titles where available. Installing third-party apps is not allowed.
- Professionally sanitised before and after every rental
Bulk and long-term rentals
Orders of 20 or more headsets pay a 50% advance when booking. The remaining 50% is paid before dispatch. Our team contacts you to confirm the order and collect the balance. For long-term rentals or custom pricing, contact our team for a quote.
Late returns
Late returns attract an additional charge of ₹100 per headset per day for each day beyond the rental period.
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel 3 or more days before the start date. Later cancellations are not refunded. See Rental Terms.
