How It Works
Renting a Meta Quest headset takes five steps. Delivery and return are across India.
1. Check your pincode and dates
Enter your delivery pincode on the product page. We show the earliest start date for your area and the headsets available for your dates.
2. Send an enquiry
Send your enquiry on the website, by WhatsApp or by phone. Include the headset, number of headsets, dates and delivery address.
3. Confirmation and payment
Our team confirms your booking and collects payment before dispatch. Rentals are prepaid: rental, GST, delivery and return pickup. No security deposit is required.
4. Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days in Gujarat and 3 to 7 days elsewhere in India.
5. Return
Return the headset with all accessories, in its original packaging, using the return pickup. Return pickup costs the same as delivery. Record a short video (30 to 60 seconds) when the parcel arrives and when you pack it for return, with the parcel and shipping label in view.
When to book
- Gujarat: at least 4 days before your start date.
- All other states: at least 7 days before your start date.
- Minimum rental: 1 day.
